About the Symphonic Band

The Symphonic Band is a concert band for players of intermediate to advanced ability level.  The music is chosen carefully given the range of abilities in the band.  During rehearsals, members also have the opportunity to work with Eastman School of Music mentors who specialize in their instruments. The band plays three concerts each year in October, December and May, with some additional performances in the community.
