Roy Ernst Summer Studies Scholarship

Sponsored by Eastman-Rochester New Horizons Music Program

The Roy Ernst Summer Studies Scholarship will be awarded to one Monroe County music student, grades 6-9, to attend Adventure Music Camp or for summer private lesson study at Eastman Community Music School. This is a merit-based scholarship to be given to a young person who demonstrates aptitude for and strong interest in music study. Fill out the following form for each candidate, written by their school or private lesson music teacher. This is a full tuition scholarship. Parents must provide transportation to and from ECMS.

Nominations must be received by May 1, 2024. The scholarship recipient will be contacted by Eastman Community Music School in early June with further details about the award and the chosen summer activity.
